The number one thing to increase your brain’s thinking power is activity. Just like muscles it needs to be exercised and stretched out.

Dr’s know that the way to avoid mental decline is to constantly expose the brain to new activities. Keep it active. Studies have shown that the harder you work your brain the more it will improve.
